About the Role

We currently have an opening for a Treasury Assistant & Corporate Office Receptionist at our Corporate Office in Louisville, Kentucky.

This position combines treasury support with front-office responsibilities. You’ll assist the Accounts Payable team by helping ensure invoices are accurate and properly processed, while also serving as the first point of contact for guests and incoming communications.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and comfortable balancing detailed work with people-facing interactions.


Responsibilities:

Treasury / Accounts Payable Support

  • Review invoices within the management system, including validation of payables, vendor information verification, and approval of invoice data
  • Communicate with internal team members regarding vendor setup and related items

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant work orders and service requests

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building automation systems

• Monitor and adjust all mechanical/pneumatic equipment, control gauges, distributor panels, valves, thermostats, diffusers, and other equipment necessary to provide a comfortable environment

• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and governmental agency and Company directives as related to building operations

• Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and customer concerns

• Participate in after-hours, on-call rotation and work overtime as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned to support building operations


Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined with 1+ year of maintenance experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• HVAC experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Maintains a professional appearance and represents the company with professionalism and courtesy

The Pool Deck Attendant will oversee all activities in the pool area, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations while monitoring all individuals entering the pool area. This role is key to maintaining a clean and safe pool environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Access: Greet and verify all residents and guests entering the pool area, ensuring they have a valid pool pass and are signed in according to policy. Ensure guests are accompanied by a resident.
  • Enforce Pool Rules: Uphold all rules and regulations in the pool and surrounding areas, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the pool area, including restrooms and water, are clean and well-maintained throughout the shift. Stock the facility with necessary supplies.
  • Chemical Testing: Perform required chemical tests to maintain water quality.
  • Restroom Cleanliness: Ensure restrooms are neat and clean daily.
  • Inventory Management: Track pool tools and inform management of any replacements needed.
  • Set Up and Clean Up: Sweep and water down the pool deck, arrange furniture, and open umbrellas in the morning. In the evening, straighten chairs, collect trash, empty bins, and close all umbrellas.

Over the last several years you have proven your ability to sell and provide customer service. You are ready for a sales and customer service role with great hours and a real opportunity to work with people you love to spend your day with.
 
In this sales and customer service role you are often the first contact, by phone, online or in person, for our prospective residents. By combining your sales, customer service and marketing skills, you'll build relationships with prospective residents and introduce them to NTS. It is your responsibility as a leasing associate to meet with prospective residents, make a connection through a friendly smile or handshake and show them why they should select The Grove as their home.
