You will also handle lease paperwork and build strong relationships with current residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property tours and guide potential renters in choosing the right unit
• Follow up on leads and manage resident inquiries
• Prepare leasing documents in compliance with property standards
• Manage the collection of rent payments, security deposits, and application fees
• Build strong rapport with residents for personalized service

Our sales and leasing associates share common passions - confidence, creativity, and organization. Your organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple prospects, existing residents, walk-ins and follow ups all in stride within the course of your day.
