About the Role

We currently have an opening for a Treasury Assistant & Corporate Office Receptionist at our Corporate Office in Louisville, Kentucky.

This position combines treasury support with front-office responsibilities. You’ll assist the Accounts Payable team by helping ensure invoices are accurate and properly processed, while also serving as the first point of contact for guests and incoming communications.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and comfortable balancing detailed work with people-facing interactions.


Responsibilities:

Treasury / Accounts Payable Support

  • Review invoices within the management system, including validation of payables, vendor information verification, and approval of invoice data
  • Communicate with internal team members regarding vendor setup and related items
  • Assist with additional treasury and bookkeeping tasks as needed


Reception / Office Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and conference room environment
  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
  • Answer and route incoming calls through the switchboard
  • Manage scheduling for Corporate Office conference rooms


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
